Make Your Day Work for You, Not Against You

Ever feel like your day is running you instead of the other way around? Like you start with good intentions... then suddenly it’s dinner time and you have no idea what actually got done?! Me too, mama. Between rushing the kids out the door in the mornings to getting out for my walk with the dog, sometimes the day is running me instead of me running it!!

But there's a shift that can change everything: making a loose (get sh*t done) plan for when you’ll do things, not just what you need to do.

In this episode, I’m diving into one of my favorite time management tools: time blocking. There’s spots right in my Get Sh*t Done Planner to block plan!

Don’t worry…block planning is not rigid or overwhelming. This is about creating pockets of focus that flex with your real life (even with littles around)!
